Booking Terms & Conditions


  1. Our prices are based on the full-board package basis. Only Long Stay Packages will enjoy 50% deposit charged upon reservation and the balance of 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival date. Bagus Place shall not refund for shortened stays, early departures or no shows.
  2. Expenses at the resort such as Snorkeling gear rentals, Beverages, Wine & Beer and additional meals at the Restaurant, Boat trips, and other incidental charges are payable by cash or credit card upon check out at the resort.
  3. Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Tioman Island, and we kindly request to notify us in advance the time of arrival and departure in order for us to coordinate Boat Pick Up and Send Off to/from Bagus Place.
  4. Check in time is 2.00pm. Check out time is 12.00pm. Lunch is not included in the package on the day of arrival before check in time.
  5. The time of departure from Bagus Place will be determined by Bagus Place management (taking into consideration weather, and other drop offs and pick ups timing), and shall be at least 1 hour before flight or ferry departure time.
  6. Any request for changes to reservations may be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date subject to availability of chalet required.
  7. Confirmed Bookings may be deferred to anytime within 6 months from original booking date, subject to availability, by giving us 21 days’ notice of arrival date.
  8. All bookings made online are excluding Tourism Tax. Additional charges may apply at RM10 per night.


  1. All confirmed bookings are Non-Refundable.
  2. Full cancellation penalty charge applies for confirmed bookings.

Please be informed that your holiday is undertaken at your own risks and Bagus Place will not accept any responsibility for personal injury, accident or loss or damage of personal properties. While we endeavor to take reasonable due care to assist you in having a pleasant stay with us, any participation in the outdoor activities is at your own risk and we shall not be responsible for any eventualities incidents, injuries, losses, clear damages related to any of the outdoor activities.

We kindly request parents of children to closely supervise their children at all
times due to the natural design of the resort.

We will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, interruptions or irregularities of the bus, flight or ferry services provided by third parties for any reason whatsoever. The weather and tides play a significant role in the departure and arrival times of the flight and ferry services.
