We believe in making your stay as comfortable and worry free as possible while you are at Bagus Place by providing an all-inclusive service. The rates include :

• Transfers to and from the airport or between Bagus Place and ferry ports on the island
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner (except lunch on arrival and departure days)
• Soft drinks with your meals in the restaurant (not soft drinks outside meal times or at the bar)
• Tea and coffee all day (self-service from restaurant)
• Mineral water (tap water is from a spring and also drinkable)
• Complementary drinks in your chalet fridge on arrival
• Room cleaning
• Use of all our sports equipment - including kayaks and snorkelling gear
• One complementary trip to Asah Waterfall (for stays of three nights or more)
• Evening entertainment which can include live music, bonfire, karaoke and movies

So for example, the rate for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 will be 1150 RM per night (900+125+125).

The price per night for Rumah Laut is:

We're sorry that Rumah Laut is unsuitable for children.

We always offer 7 nights for the price of 6, 10 nights for the price of 8, 14 nights for the price of 11, and 21 nights for the price of 16.  We also have special discounts (10% plus) for groups booking 2 or more chalets.

How to get the booking you want:  we suggest you book early if you would like a family chalet, especially in the school holidays.  March, April, July and August are the quickest months to sell out, normally by the time we open in March.  Exclusive hire of the resort (all chalets) would need to be booked very far in advance - depending on dates up to a year in advance.  Rumah Laut and Boat House are not suitable for children.  Families will be accommodated in Eagle View and Big Chief.  We will only change your chalet during your stay if this is the only way to accommodate you for the dates you require.

If the period you request is available, you will be asked to make a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation, by bank transfer or credit card at the rates we specify. The balance is payable on departure from Bagus Place in cash (no credit card machine available), or in advance if you prefer, at least two weeks before your arrival (by bank transfer or credit card).

If paying the deposit by credit card or bank transfer in the UK the Pounds Sterling price will be determined according to commercial rates quoted by Travelex on the day.
